I picked up two new kits this week. An old Arii southern Cross figure. It's not the best kit but it brings back old memories of the Robotech series.

The other kit is Hobbycraft's 1/48th Avro Arrow. For those who don't know the tragic history of this aircraft it was a Canadian interceptor prototype that few in the late 50's. It was home grown and would have rivaled anything the rest of the world was building at the time. It would have given us a domestic aircraft industry. The government of the time though felt it was to expensive and canceled it.
