I finally found Solvaset. Thanks all who recommended it. Now I will see how it works on the very think decals of the Saber. I had to call several hobby shops near my office and finally found one that carried it. It was the last bottle left.

I also located a hobby shop that has Waldron's Punch and Die sets. They are sold out at the moment and they will call me when they are done. These sets are not cheep but it will be worth it as I plan on doing more scratch work in the future and this will make creating disks much easier.
